Day 1 of Recording: The learner’s experience

So for a long time I’ve been writing songs, and recording demos from home. I’ve not been really particular with my singing. My reason or excuse is simply because I’m always in a rush!

Today we recorded 《我不相信》 (I Don’t Believe It) , and it was to my own surprise, really good in terms of quality and experience.

As much as I’m confident with the music I make, I’m now aware that I’m not comfortable being my own vocal producer.

It was until Shaun let me hear what he had recorded of me, that I realise I could sound – so different. Or so I learnt.
